DIRECTORS

Meet the Team Junkfish directors. They are responsible for our vision and company direction. They collaborate with designers, writers, and artists to create a cohesive and engaging game world. As well as overseeing project management, timelines, and budgets. Together, they harmonise the creative vision with practical execution, ensuring the final product is both innovative and delivered on time.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

ADAM

Adam is the Creative Director at Team Junkfish. Adam has been at the company since it was formed as a group of friends fresh from university! He is responsible for the creative direction of our games.

I enjoy working with multiple disciplines and come from an art background. I appreciate all the different skills that are required to make games.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

GARETH

Gareth is the Chief Silly Goose. His role is to oversee budgets, staffing, and procedures as well as disappointing friends who get excited by the phrase 'I work in the games industry'.

My passion is making sure every member of staff feels like a human regardless of background. Every voice is valid and physical and mental health is vital.

ART

Meet the Art Team! They are crucial in bringing the game’s visual elements to life. This team of talented artists, including 3D modellers, texture artists, and animators, works collaboratively to create characters, environments, and visual effects to make an immersive experience which is engaging for players.

LEAD ARTIST

Ed is the Lead Artist at Team Junkfish. He is responsible for overseeing the artistic aspects and direction during game development and official Junkfish artwork.

With over a decade of experience including Ubisoft, Louis brings high quality animation skills to Team Junkfish. He is a well-rounded artist from animation, to modelling and rigging.

With a specialisation in 3D art, Erika works at Junkfish as a Character Artist, bringing many different creatures to life through various stages of visual development.

Tom is a 3D Environment Artist at Junkfish, working on the lighting, landscapes, textures, and supporting 3D assets to create immersive, engaging environments.

2D ARTIST

LAIA

At Junkfish, Laia is the main 2D artist. She blends her foundation in Fine Arts with her enthusiasm for creating new worlds, breathing life into engaging characters and environments.

Originally part of the Marketing team, Zann enjoyed drawing so much they let them try out stuff in the Dev Team. They are relatively new to game UI but is constantly trying their best! (really)

Cheryl is a 3D Artist from little red dot, Singapore and was recently adopted by Junkfish! As an Art Generalist, Cheryl is responsible for a wide range of skills, operations, and painting.

Meet Junkfish Audio Team! They craft our games' soundscape including music, sound effects, and ambience. They are skilled in creating immersive environments with the appropriate auditory experience. The Audio Team collaborate with the other teams to ensure the audio enhances gameplay and immersion that compliments the visual elements in our games.

With a vast background in sound design, music production, and experimental audio, Aileen is the driving force behind our sound endeavours.

I’m a keen explorer and relish the opportunity to record audio in the field. Nature’s cacophony is truly captivating to me. I create evocative soundscapes with rich source material such from Arctic tundras to dense forests.

Meet the Team Junkfish Code Team! They develop, programme, and maintain all the Team Junkfish games. They write and optimise code to create the best gameplay and performance possible for our players. The Code Team collaborate with other teams to implement features and create the underlying systems and mechanics of all our games.

Specialising in Gameplay mechanics, Rory enjoys working on features and mechanics that the player interacts; from different player abilities to interesting items and puzzles.

In my downtime I am a trained Swordsman under the Historical European Martial Arts Association! I also paint miniatures for war games and board games.
